On July 8, 2025, CP International School hosted a spirited and expressive Inter-House Poetry Recitation Competition, which was proudly featured in Samvidh News. The event served as a platform for budding poets from different houses to showcase their talents, blending emotion, rhythm, and storytelling into compelling performances.
Students recited a range of original and curated poems, exploring themes such as identity, empathy, nature, and social change. Their confident delivery, voice modulation, and poetic depth captivated both the audience and the panel of judges. It was a celebration not just of literature, but of courage, creativity, and character.
Among the standout performances were entries from Videshi and Tanmay houses, both representing the Shakti group. Videshi House secured first place, while Tanmay House claimed second, with poems that resonated strongly in both message and delivery. Their voices truly echoed the spirit of youth and expression.
Faculty members and administrators commended the effort, emphasizing that initiatives like these enrich the academic environment and nurture well-rounded individuals. The judging panel, composed of language educators, applauded the originality and sincerity woven into each poem.
