On July 22, 2025, CP International School proudly celebrated International Yoga Day with great energy and enthusiasm. The event served as a powerful reminder of the importance of holistic well-being, drawing active participation from students, teachers, and special guests. The celebration was guided by renowned yoga instructor Guru Kamal Mishra, who led the session with a series of invigorating asanas and breathing techniques aimed at enhancing physical and mental balance.<\/p>

The yoga session began with foundational postures such as Tadasana, Vrikshasana, and Trikonasana, allowing students to stretch, focus, and ground themselves. This was followed by Bhujangasana and Anulom Vilom, which helped the participants embrace the calming effects of controlled breath and posture alignment.
